POSITION SUMMARY:
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Sales team in Switzerland. You can be based in Basel or Zurich.
The Role:
You'll oversee the acquisition of the customers in German and Italian spoken region. You'll maximize the sales opportunities within assigned accounts and establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel, and also do the analysis and development of the market potential.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across all BioPharm marketsBuild and explore in-depth understanding of the customer's business, industry, strategic direction & competitorsDevelop strategic, value-added partnership with the customer by working with the key decision makers & influencers to position long term strategic issues and solutionsBuild understanding of full WC's capabilities and service/product offerings in the customer arenaDeal with all aspects of specific marketing campaigns, tradeshows & seminarsIdentify, qualify and prioritize all potential opportunities related to the account(s)Engage regional WC operatives to identify opportunities to position their services into the account(s)Work with multi-functional departments to guide development of solutions to the customerDeliver solutions which are highly valued by the customer as high impact, complex and strategicPro-actively monitor, manage and improve quality through specific metrics, customer satisfaction and issue resolutionIdentify risk areas & build and manage contingency to mitigate
