Location: Pearl River, NY or Hanover, NH (Hybrid)
We are seeking an energetic, client-focused Business Development Coordinator to join our Commercial Lines/ Transportation team. This is a full-time position based in our Pearl River, NY or Hanover, NH office.
Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate new prospects Ensure accurate file and data base set up and Prioritize incoming leads and web forum submissions. Manage the submission status list for the Track marketing progress for all prospective new business. In conjunction with the producer, develop and implement strategic marketing plans, through researching opportunities, to increase lead production. Communicate with prospective new business as needed as part of marketing/sales process. Prepare new business submissions to insurance carriers. Manage monthly marketing mailings. This will include post cards, letters, etc. Various other executive admin duties as required such as travel arrangements, appointment scheduling. Requirements:
1 year + Insurance experience required. Salesforce experience is required Working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, e., MS Office, Outlook, etc. Excel Skills Possess excellent written and verbal skills in addition to organizational skills. Must be able to work within a team Ability to multi-task and be well organized; prioritize multiple projects. Must possess attention to Must demonstrate flexibility and prioritization skills. Must be punctual and reliable. Must be able to keep information College Degree Preferred The national average salary for this role is $60,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
