About Business Development Associate

  Overview:

  Qsight, a division of Guidepoint, is looking to hire a business development associate (BDA) to grow revenue through the addition of new clients. As a part of our market-facing sales organization, the BDA will support Qsight’s efforts to identify, attract, and close new clients for a range of data products in our fast-growing Aesthetics business unit. This unit provides data solutions to clients who include Aesthetics manufacturers and providers. Aesthetic services include energy-based devices, dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and high-end skincare.

  The BDA will be responsible for assisting in identifying, then building, a pipeline of prospects across the Aesthetics sector, by conducting market outreach, leading product demonstrations, and closing market-entry deals. This is a sales-intensive role, and ideal candidates will be comfortable reaching out to potential clients.

  This position can be remote. Ideal candidates MUST be comfortable working EST hours.  

  What You’ll Do:

  Articulate Qsight’s value proposition to clients and prospects Conduct outbound prospecting to find new business leads and revenue opportunities; source new clients and contact these prospects by email and phone Evaluate inbound opportunities, prioritizing on likelihood of generating revenue; reach out to these prospects; generate interest and move through the sales funnel Close some entry-level deals on your own; for larger prospects, partner with senior sales team members to schedule meetings and conduct initial sales screens Reach designated metrics (meetings and sales) through cold calling and other lead generation efforts Lead highly focused, efficient demonstrations of data products For some newly signed clients, manage the ongoing relationship, ensuring clients satisfaction and upselling additional services What You Have:

  2-3+ years of sales or business development experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university Sales process knowledge - from lead generation to relationship management Desire to work in a sales role that is KPI and metrics-driven Familiarity with Salesforce Good communicator who can discuss both data and the Aesthetics industry Comfortable learning data products and conducting demonstrations Experience in data sales or SaaS is a plus What We Offer:

  The annual base salary for this position is $65,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for a yearly bonus of up to $10,000 based on performance.

  Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.

  Compensation

  $65,000—$65,000 USD
