We are looking for a Business Development and Marketing Technology Manager to join our Team as part of our financial services business in Dublin.

The Business Development and Marketing Technology Manager is a varied and wide-ranging role. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Act as Sponsor and lead the integration and optimisation of technology solutions across business development and marketing operations. Drive the technology strategy, focusing on innovations to boost services sales and new business. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to develop and implement a global data governance framework. Present data-driven findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed choices on actionable insights. Collaborate with business development and marketing professionals to integrate technology insights into annual business unit strategic planning process. Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies, including AI, machine learning, campaign management and data analytics, to enhance decision-making, customer engagement and operational efficiency. Develop and deliver training materials to introduce new systems and increase usage of existing technology. Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and compliance standards, implementing robust protocols and systems to safeguard sensitive information. Manage and lead data admin team including implementing work flows to ensure data validation and ongoing integrity of data. Collaborate with IT, compliance, and legal teams to ensure technology initiatives are aligned with regulatory requirements and organisational objectives. Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets and project timelines, ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation of technology solutions. Requirements
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 10 years in marketing technology management with a focus on financial services technology. Strong leader with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a demanding environment. In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry including regulatory frameworks, compliance standards and technology trends. Expertise in technology evaluation, implementation, and management, with a focus on innovations applicable to business development and marketing operations. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communications skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a digestible and actionable manner. Outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, allowing you to address business challenges effectively through data-driven insights.
