Business Change Advisor Sr - Supplemental Health Voluntary Specialty
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
Responsible for assisting the senior leadership team within the business unit and the organization in bridging the gap between the current and desired business performance levels and balancing short-term business needs with long-term perspectives on success to ensure that our change journey produces desired results.
How you will make an impact:
Facilitates and coordinates annual planning process for the business unit.
Facilitates identification of leadership's priorities and establishment of goals within the context of a designated journey plan.
Develops journey plan and maps to reach goals and educates key stakeholders in use of these tools.
Oversees utilization of additional management tools and processes.
Manage WGS set-up needs related to product.
Custom code testing as needed for new groups and/or plan designs.
Partner with Account Management & Web TPA on service needs.
Lead weekly calls and project management work.
Minimum Requirements :
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences :
Insurance health care sales and support experience most notably in supplemental health highly preferred.
Experience and knowledge of data analytics, project management, project execution, process improvement (strategic and execution) strongly preferred.
Exceptional strategic thinking, quick learner, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability highly preferred.
Proven ability in collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts towards common goals strongly preferred.
Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills, strong executive presence with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties highly preferred.
Experience and knowledge of WGS operating system and/or JIRA strongly preferred.
Proficient of Microsoft Office products, most notably in PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $73,520 to $132,336
