Position Summary
Do you want to use your skills to make an impact on a team? CVS Health, Inc., a Fortune 6 company, has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analytics Senior Manager. This role is responsible for connecting and using complex datasets to produce data driven analysis in response to inquiries from Senior leadership. You will also be responsible for building the datasets that serve as the foundation for our reporting, so a strong working knowledge of SQL and relational data structure is critical. You will also analyze end-to-end call flow to both proactively and reactively identify issues and opportunities for call efficiency and streamlining.
There is also a process improvement component to this role, you will pursue and support various automation and process improvement activities to develop stronger capability within the department and a more efficient use of resources. You will have a high degree of visibility with a direct line of communication to Executive leadership. You will often be relied upon to influence the actions of Executive and Senior leadership by making data-driven recommendations, so being able to effectively communicate complex data and analysis is critical to this role.

Required Qualifications 7 years of experience in conducting data-driven process improvement exercises with a working knowledge of DMAIC and Six Sigma best practices7 years of experience producing in depth data-driven analysis with large datasets7 years of experience communicating complex data analysis to senior leadership5 years of experience using advanced Excel features (pivot tables, embedded queries, macros, etc.)5 years of experience working with SQL and relational databases3 years of experience in a call center environment with working knowledge of standard metrics such as ASA, ABN, TSF, AHT, Occupancy, and Shrinkage Preferred Qualifications Six Sigma Green Belt or higherPrevious experience with data science, AI, and machine learning. Education Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $162,700.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
