What's the role?

　　The HERE Transformation Management Office is responsible for identifying, supporting, initiating, and implementing global, cross-functional change throughout the company. The Business Analytics Manager role demands a dynamic, organized, and skilled professional capable of drawing deep insights from data and analysis to guide business decisions. You will be a key driver in informing and realizing the change agenda of the organization, ensuring that implementations realize their individual promise in alignment with the attainment of overall strategic business objectives. 

　　Key Competencies and Responsibilities:  

　　Strategic Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Develop insightful analyses that tell a compelling story. Design, build, and maintain data models for reporting and analytics. Create dashboards and KPIs to illustrate business performance.  

　　Data Visualization and Storytelling: Build data visualizations that highlight trends, patterns, and outliers. Monitor and tune BI tools to optimize business performance.  

　　Driving Business Change: Leverage foundational data insights to drive business change across the company. Invent new ways to analyze data, identifying trends and gaps to drive business process improvements. Highly effective communications, education, training, and verification at all levels to ensure change is firmly entrenched into operations and embraced by impacted actors.  

　　Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a cross-functional team. Primary interface with business teams across the entire Agile SDLC to improve and enable business processes and data resulting in more streamlined and effective performance as measured by KPIs.  

　　Leadership in Data Analytics: Partner with data engineers and analysts to deliver foundational insights at scale, adhering to data visualization best practices. Enable, analyze, and synthesize large data sets from multiple sources.  

　　Decision-Making and Leadership: Comfortable making decisions and leading teams.  

　　Teamwork: Positive contributor, formidable team player, collaborative, and empowering towards others.  

　　Time Management: Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize effectively.

You possess the ability to understand the root of business need, and how to lever people, business process, data, and applications to fulfill what is required by whom at the right time. You influence and bring people to accept and adopt change. 

　　Requirements: 

　　Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or related discipline.  10+ years of combined experience in BI/data analytics and managing and implementing cross-functional business change projects, including considerable experience leading teams and managing stakeholders.   Superior oral and written communication skills.  Experience with sufficient expertise and exposure in accounting and finance, and business operations Proficient with a modern data visualization tool i.e.Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, Looker.  Bonus: Advanced proficiency/certification in at least one of these tools   Proficient in querying from various relational databases using complex SQL queries.  Experience in an Agile development environment.   Understanding of the ETL methodology, and experience working with people using tools like MuleSoft or Informatica to build enterprise-grade integration with applications.  Understanding of the concept of virtual data layer and some experience with one of the Virtual Data Layer tools like Denodo, Dremio.  Understanding and experience in one of the Cloud Environments like AWS, Azure or GCP  Demonstrated experience understanding business needs, analyzing data in-place for a range of business applications, and extracting using industry-standard practices Applications include but not limited to Salesforce (SFDC), Icertis, Zuora, PeopleSoft, Coupa, SNOW, HRMS, Oracle ERP, andOracle EPM Cloud Ability to integrate and manipulate data from various sources, including manual spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, to produce cohesive and comprehensive financial reports. Bonus: Proficient in at least one modern programming language like Python, JavaScript, Java.
