　　Function Description

　　The Data Analyst will collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to provide insights that drive business decisions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions that address business challenges.

　　Purpose of the Role

　　The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting management in making informed decisions by providing accurate and meaningful data analysis. They will leverage their technical skills and business acumen to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

　　Responsibilities

　　Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using, SQL SAS and Excel

　　Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver analytical solutions

　　Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data to uncover insights and drive business actions

　　Develop and maintain team performance KPIs and reports

　　Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and presentations

　　Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability

　　Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to suggest improvements and innovative approaches

　　Provide monthly packages for the clients in Excel and PowerPoint

　　Minimum Experience

　　3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

　　Strong background in data collection, data cleaning, and statistical analysis

　　Experience in translating complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations

　　Functional Skills/Capabilities

　　Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets

　　Strong problem-solving abilities to identify patterns, trends, and outliers

　　Proficiency in data visualization techniques to present findings effectively

　　Knowledge of statistical concepts and methods for hypothesis testing and regression analysis

　　Attention to detail and ability to work with complex and structured data

　　Technical Skills/Capabilities

　　Proficiency in SAS, Excel, and PowerPoint

　　Proficiency in SQL Queries (Could be either MySQL or LINQ Pad)

　　Ability to leverage data visualization tools such as Tableau

　　Experience working with data management platforms, data lakes, and data warehouses

　　Academic Background

　　Minimum of a graduate degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines

　　Additional certifications in data analytics or related fields are a plus

　　Preferred Experience

　　Behavioral Skills/Capabilities

　　Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders

　　Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

　　Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
