What's the role?
Workplace Operations & Supply Chain, through our services and applications provide an employee experience that drives innovation, collaboration, productivity, and transparency. Our Global Employee Operations Team is central to this effort by providing platinum support to 21,000 employees and over 500,000 annual visitors in over 170 state-of-the-art offices worldwide!
We are looking for a Business Analyst to identify, develop, implement, and drive strategic initiatives globally that automate processes and workflows for the products and services we provide to support employees. More specifically, leveraging Bloomberg developed no code/low code tools to orchestrate service request automation and digital process transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives across employee support workflows.
This individual is responsible for assessing the internal and external factors that can affect project outcomes, leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on time as well as work with stakeholders to inform the strategy and roadmap for technology initiatives. In addition, overseeing all aspects of a project such as timelines, scope, requirements, and sprint management to ensure the initiatives stay on track.

Set, develop and implement automation priorities aligned to strategic initiativesThrough an agile framework, deliver automation solutions across Employee Support workflows, taking a hands-on approach to driving incremental change and improvementsManage automation projects that streamline product and service problems, make decisions, and prioritize work to stay on track towards business deliverablesDevelop a roadmap for automation opportunities-Leverage data/evidence-driven approach to determine project success criteria, monitor results, and measure impactCommunicate with and manage business and cross departmental stakeholders at all levelsUnderstand industry trends in the customer service automation space to contribute to the development of our internal tools-Promote team synergy among operational partners, stakeholders, and vendorsIdentify impediments and take a proactive approach at finding ways to remove roadblocksEffective decision-maker to balance risks and benefits for overall good of the organizationTake a hands-on approach towards implementing automation opportunitiesManage tasks related to maintenance and administration of automations for Employee Operations
You'll need to have:
Minimum 5 years' experienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent related experienceExperience developing in low/medium code tools to orchestrate and automate processesAdvanced coding skills in PythonExperience with ServiceNow app engine and no code/low code solutions a plusExperience with RPA, scripting, and utilizing common libraries and APIs in codingExperience working in an Agile environment to deliver products and servicesExperience writing both functional and technical documentationProven track record leveraging data to make insights and inform the project strategy such as Excel to analyze dataThe ability to articulate ideas and garner support for initiativesAbility to build strong relationshipsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitudeConsistent track record to work autonomously
