As a SIOP Analyst at Collins Aerospace, you will play a critical role in optimizing the company's operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth and profitability. You will be responsible for driving efficient sales and inventory management processes and ensuring alignment with operational planning to meet the demands of our aerospace customers. This position may be eligible for relocation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Analyze historical data, demand forecasts, and production capacity to make informed decisions that optimize production processes and inventory managementData Visualization: Design and support business analytics tools using Tableau, Power Pivot, Excel, and SQL ServerInventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure they align with production requirements, minimizing excess stock and shortages.Forecasting: Develop demand forecasts and capacity plans to support long-term and short-term planningContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains within the manufacturing and supply chain processesCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, production, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experienceU.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required - https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
