  Job Title: Business Analyst III (Product Owner)

  Job Location: Bangalore

  Roles & Responsibilities:

  Purpose:

  The Product Owner provides business and functional expertise and acts as the voice of the customer in articulating and prioritizing desired functionality for the project teams delivering Connect Enterprise. Product Owner owns the delivery of the team being truly aligned to customer intent and business value. Product Owner is the sole arbiter of the team backlog, but leans on the development team to help refine, chip in and sequence work. As an indirect leader, the Product Owner ensures that the collaboration is meaningful and impactful. This person is transformational with the requisite functional knowledge to bridge the divide between business intent and execution by the team.

  Responsibilities:

  Collaborates with global product management partners and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.

  Works with multi-functional teams and various partners, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.

  Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines landmarks and work, and foresees opportunities and risks.

  Partners with stakeholders and teams across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.

  Develops, owns, and drives product roadmaps. Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

  Works with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.

  Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of partners.

  Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.

  Defines and drives go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and leadership have what they need to be successful.

  Creates, refines and deletes work items in the team backlog in order to keep it organized, relevant and dynamically elaborated just in time

  Able to identify, document and drive the Non-Functional Requirements (NFR), DevOps and other technical needs for the products.

  Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Mindset. Helps the team embrace SAFe Core Values, adopt and apply SAFe Principles, and implement SAFe practices.

  Actively participate in all the team meetings, including the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective.

  Works with the Release Train Engineer, Product Management, and their Scrum Master to ensure the team is prepared in advance of program level events such as PI Planning, Inspect and Adapt and system or PI demos

  Assists the team in effective preparation for ART activities, including PI Planning, System Demos, and the Inspect and Adapt.

  Guides the team in establishing normalized estimates and helps the team understand how to estimate Features and Capabilities.

  You will build information radiators to ensure proper visibility and clarity between development teams, partners, and the org. You should be able to report the trends of Product Backlog for the current Program Increment and upcoming PI, actions taken and innovative in coming up with new reporting data sets which is relevant for the overall process efficiency.

  Anticipates needs and problems in the development cycle. Is willing to ask difficult questions and do things differently. Greetings challenge and change as opportunity

  Ensures team adheres to the QMS (ISO9001:2015) & ISMS (ISO 27001) standards set in the Software development process. Lead and facilitate any new changes required to the process and support the auditing of these as per the regulatory body mandates.

  Being obsessed about process automation and coming up with ideas to power the next generation of the product. Will promotes a collaborative team environment that cultivates experimentation, creativity and innovation

  A highly motivated fast learner who can self-start and "figure out what needs figuring out"

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively document artifacts and processes then explain them to others

  Candidate Requirement:

  Education: Bachelor's in engineering or master's in computer science with 6+ years of relevant experience

  Mandatory Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  Minimum 6 years of experience in software development as a developer or Business Analyst.

  Minimum 1 year of working experience in SAFe framework

  Minimum 2 years of experience as a developer, tester or PO in working for projects using technologies like Java, Angular, AWS, Jenkins etc.

  Experience, instincts, and passion around testing and testability and driving quality objectives

  Balance of technical knowledge and eye for business

  Experience in driving implementation and reporting of Non-Functional Requirements (NFR - Security, Performance, Cost etc.)

  Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first approach

  Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles

  Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g., dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.

  Experience working with geographically disperse teams

  High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability

  Strong communication and influence business and technical teams

  Nice to Have Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  Experience in working and running Atlassian suite tool

  Have experience and knowledge of Kanban framework

  Any scrum certifications.

  Experience in adoption of QMS (ISO9001:2015) & ISMS (ISO 27001)
