This is a fully remote position (available only in states listed on posting), with the option for hybrid in either the Englewood, CO or Coppell, TX locations.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for business requirements of applications, databases, and systems, providing second-level technical support, testing and defect management. Participates in team initiatives while simultaneously participating in multiple project efforts. Incumbent at this level has a knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures. Works under guidance and/or on routine assignments, the problems of which can be resolved with defined guidelines and parameters.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms System Administration function on MSP and related post-closing systems including role administration and year end processingRuns ad-hoc database queries using MSP Passport, MSP AIP and Microsoft SQL queries to help identify and resolve business issuesConducts analysis of business processes. Defines, tests, documents, and manages business requirements according to approved standards/procedures.Leads collaborative business requirement gathering sessions.Provides defect management of applications, systems, databases, or websites.Evaluates and follows through on issues and problems until resolved or escalated.Participates in process improvement efforts within Servicing and Post ClosingCoordinates quarterly audit reviews of MSP and related post-closing systems
REQUIRED EDUCATIONMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.A bachelor's degree in a field related to the position is preferred.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEMinimum of 5 years' experience required in MSP System Administration and SQL Basic Queries. Salary Range: $85,600 to $90,000 annually depending upon experience.
This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
