Job Description
A retail client based in Hollywood is looking for a Business Analyst to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 - specifically Dynamics Advanced Suite to support the warehousing management. They will work closely with retail, supply chain and distribution, finance, merchandising , inventory and IT operations. Their day to day will consist of gathering requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs within Dynamics 365 and problem solving for technical solutions, improving the system with enhancements and seeking efficiency for warehouse management. This group is responsible for app customization, enhancements, and warehouse system administration and management.
Skills and Requirements
-3-5+ years of experience with a warehouse management system (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365)
-Ability to come on site in Hollywood, CA up to 5 days per week
-Ability to travel potentially 1x per quarter to Tucson, AZ (new distribution center)
-Excellent communication and customer service skills for internal partners. -Dynamics 365 Advanced Suite experience - warehouse management null
