We are in search of a business analyst who has very good experience with contract lifecycle management process (CLM). Someone who can support the RFI & RFP evaluations and is able to select a suitable vendor which supports the customers requirement.

　　As part of contract lifecycle management project, we are looking for a market standard product to carry out the contract life cycle management as well as natural language processing (NLP) activities.

　　Your Responsibilities:

　　Contract Lifecycle Management Tool with NLP/ML capabilities to support pre and post award contracting activities.Able to assemble contract using customer templates and has fit-for-purpose analytics/reporting capability.Able to support tender negotiation with automation using Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence for clause redlining negotiation. Able to compare contracts/documents (between each other/to model contracts) and identify differences/non-standard clauses.Able to analyze the content from scanned PDF's, images, tables.Able to identify values like discounts (%), rates amount ($), dates, duration for further filter analysis.Able to scan existing contracts to obtain price benchmarks.Able to do integration with other tools such as Ariba, Assai, Sharepoint.Analyze documents to produce a summary of provisions that are missing or require further negotiation, together with suggested steps forward (guidance, alternative language etc.).

　　We are looking for:

　　-Someone who has strong experience with contract lifecycle management.

　　-Ideal candidate has 6- 10 years experience.

　　-Experience with tools such as Ariba, Assai and Sharepoint is a plus.

　　-Experience with NLP is a plus.
