　　What You Will Do:

　　We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Digital & E2E Analytics team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our data-driven decision-making processes and providing valuable insights to optimize our business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define business requirements and objectives.

　　Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

　　Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze data from databases.

　　Utilize SAP systems and tools to extract relevant data and generate reports for analysis.

　　Conduct data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

　　Assist in the development and implementation of data visualization dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

　　Support the identification and implementation of process improvements and data-driven solutions.

　　Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics, SQL, SAP, and supply chain management.

　　Qualifications

　　What We Are Looking For:

　　Bachelor/master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred

　　Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in writing complex queries and manipulating large datasets.

　　Familiarity with SAP systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or other relevant SAP modules .

　　Solid understanding of supply chain management concepts and processes.

　　Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

　　Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques is a plus.

　　Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

　　Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

　　Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.

　　Any language other than English would be a plus to liaise with local counterparts
