　　Advanced English

　　Bachelor in Informatics, Business administration or related subject

　　3 to 5 years of experience as Business Analyst- IT projects

　　Key skills required for the Job are: Wealth Management experience Data Analysis and design Agile certification Experience in Agile methodology, tools, standards and procedures Experience in sprint Planning and Use case development Experience in Reporting and tracking requirements or User stories Experience in Presenting Program to key stakeholders Experience in analyzing business process and documentation to identify areas of improvement and efficiency Excellent Written and Oral Communication Handling banking software development teams

　　As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the below: Responsible for determining the features of a product prior to its release Work closely on a daily basis with scrum team, key stakeholders and Business owner Participate in daily scrum meetings Establish Business logic/Rule for each of the requirements Maintain responsibility for developing requirements as user stories and facilitating meeting with business stakeholders to elaborate the dependencies, milestones, status updates Raise issues, risks to product owners and senior management Identify impact to other product owners Prepare accurate and detailed project specific artifacts like Functional Spec, User Interface guides Train the user in the pre implementation phase Wipro offers: Benefits above law, full payroll, constant training, growth opportunity.
