　　Identifying and implementing end-to-end process automationsDefining requirements, designing, developing, testing, and supporting automationUsing tools like RPA, BPM, and DPA for process automationMapping and modeling business processes with BPMNApplying AI and ML in automationLeveraging software engineering and system design principlesUsing RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue PrismFamiliarity with workflow automation platformsUnderstanding system architectures and API integrationsDeep knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and Agile principlesIdentifying process improvement opportunitiesManaging multiple projects and prioritizing tasksCollaborating with different departmentsMeasuring automation effectiveness and making adjustmentsManaging communication between the automation team and stakeholdersProviding training and supportPreparing and presenting progress reportsProficiency in Lean Six Sigma for process managementRoot cause analysis and problem-solving for process performance issues
