About the role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue Operations Team. As a vital part of our team, you will be instrumental in analyzing data, generating insights, and contributing to strategic projects that span across various verticals and markets.
You will work closely with the VP of Revenue Operations, commercial leadership and the Chief Revenue Officer, playing a key role in driving data-driven decisions and innovative solutions. We are seeking someone with a strong background in business analytics, proficiency in SQL, stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with BI tools such as QlikSense, Tableau, or Power BI.
What you'll do:
Play a key role in strategic projects and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making at the highest level.Foster revenue growth and cross-functional collaboration by analyzing data from various departments, identifying trends, and uncovering potential revenue opportunities. Support in developing the commercial strategy through comprehensive market research, portfolio analysis, and customer segmentation.Develop, refine and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information.Empower commercial organization with actionable insights, helping to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and processes and data analysis and reporting.
Who you are:
At least 3 years of experience within the analytics field, experience with the payments industry is a plus.A strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.An excellent communicator, capable of articulating findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels, with strong presentation skills.A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast paced environment with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.Highly accountable, consistently delivering on commitments, and striving for excellence in everything you do with a customer-centric mindset.Proficient in querying structured data, with demonstrated experience utilizing SQL in a BigQuery environment.Experience exploring data in BI tools such as QlikSense (preferred), Tableau, or Power BI.Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
