Job Summary:
If you are an IT or Business Analyst professional with experience in Order Management or Customer Service digitalization projects and Oracle, then Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! The Business Analyst will lead Digital Information Integration (DII) projects and support the Customer Care Team with Oracle projects enhancement and improvement. This is based in Singapore and will be under the Measurement Solutions business unit.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead, participates and drive implementation of DII projects using Power BI tools for Asia Pacific MSOL Customer Care to improve processes & efficiency
Work with business users to finalize the requirements and testing for DII projects
Work with developers to design & build the user interface form for DII projects
Provide ongoing support, work on issues and future improvements
Provide timely updates to the management on the project schedule, progress and status
Support Organization Goals through Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Participate in Sales Inventory Operations Program, perform testing with the business users, raise concerns if any and release improvements in Oracle.
Implement list of Global and AP Oracle enhancement to improve efficiency in Measurement Solution Fulfilment Process especially for Customer Care Teams.
Review any new Oracle enhancement requests from business and log that as a requirement with strong business justification
Support Oracle/ DII request from other global sites and perform end to end testing when needed
Work with AP IT and ASG for resolution on recurring critical issues with high business impact
Work with Order Management and Operations to optimize processes to achieve business goals
Collaborate with all AP country Oracle superusers regularly to discuss on the Oracle issues, enhancements, and training needs
Develop training materials and conduct training for AP business users

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in using Microsoft Power BI & Oracle R12
Excellent planning and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrable experience in presentation and training
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Information Technology or any related field
Prior experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Supply Chain are added advantage
Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
Fast Learner and able to work with minimal direction
