Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to temporarily join our team to support an automated system implementation scheduled to go live in June 2024. This role is expected to communicate with different stakeholders across the business to help transition the current legacy process of manually reviewing public Medicare requests to the new and improved automated system as it is slowly implemented across the business through the beginning of 2024.
The case management system for TPL (third party liability) will require an agile approach and integration with Oracle
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to collect business requirements.
Experience working with automated workflow systems and Medicaid is a plus.
Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint is preferred.
Demonstrated experience working in a project management office or supporting projects.
Demonstrated on-the-job experience gathering, compiling, evaluating, and interpreting complex information, as well as clearly presenting this information to stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter.
Experience serving as project lead for complex projects.
Develops and/or contributes to project reports including but not limited to: project status, budget, and dashboards.
Ability to capture key elements in brainstorming sessions, generate group member direction, and lead group to define and achieve goals
Ability to deal with ambiguity and frequent change.
Experience working independently, effectively managing multiple tasks and directional changes
Interpersonal skills, communication, facilitation and presentation (written and oral) skills
Skills and Requirements
5-7 years of professional BA experience as project lead for complex projects
Experience managing and tracing all requirements and project management support
Excellent communication and documentations skills
Requirements traceability matrix (RTM) experience
Medicaid/Medicare knowledge or experience
Experience with automated workflow systems and Oracle financials Agile methodology null
