Job Responsibilities
Performance monitoring and reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives of the Division, utilizing digital tools and integration solutions to gather real-time data for insightful analysis.
Financial management: Support the Division Controller in managing the profitability and cash generation of different GeoUnits, leveraging digital platforms and analytical tools to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Accounting policies and compliance: Collaborate in the development and maintenance of Division-specific accounting policies, utilizing digital systems to ensure efficient implementation and monitoring compliance across the organization.
Commercial reviews and analysis: Participate in commercial reviews with various Business Lines, leveraging digital analytics to provide data-driven insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
Ad-Hoc projects and support: Undertake ad-hoc projects and provide support activities as directed by the Division Controller, utilizing digital resources and innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Stakeholder interaction: Interact with Division HQ staff to address specific requests and generate ad hoc reports, utilizing digital communication tools to ensure effective collaboration and information exchange.
Budget allocation and planning: Interface with the Demand Planner and Hub regarding the allocation of approved CAPEX budget.
Forecasting and planning: Assist in the preparation of rolling forecasts and plans for the Division, leveraging digital forecasting tools and integration solutions to provide accurate and timely insights for strategic decision-making.
Support internal and external audits.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field.
4 to 6 years’ experience in finance/accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP knowledge is required.
Excellent working knowledge of English is mandatory.
Registered CPA or CFA preferred.
International mobility preferred.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship.
