　　As part of our team at Marmaxx, you will manage, oversee and drive strategic financial initiatives for a multibillion dollar business line. Additionally, you will manage a team of Financial Analysts & Senior Financial Analysts to assist Senior Leadership with driving business decisions. Day-to-day, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic decisions for the leading off-price retailer in the world.

　　A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously that will be reviewed by Senior Executives. Further, thinking critically, analyzing effectively and communicating efficiently is required.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Manage the processes and activities of the Business Analysis team to ensure effective, efficient and accurate analytics and reportingManage and mentor associates on training and professional developmentBuild relationships with senior operational partners across the businessCoordinate the workloads to ensure projects are completed on timePlay a leadership role on projects & new initiativesDrive the development of analytical models to forecast and understand short and long term trendsLead all aspects of analysis to provide relevant guidance to CFO, COO and President on business performance and areas of risk and opportunityDeliver strategy and recommendations on various initiatives across all levels of ManagementDeliver presentations with strong messaging and recommendations to senior leadershipResponsible for standard reporting with strong attention to detail

　　Guide long term supply chain strategyEvaluate new markets for business expansion to drive accelerated store growthEnsure profitable store growth through financial analyses and real estate reviewImplement new technologies to provide business insights and drive top line growth

　　Requirements:

　　5+ years of relevant experience in Corporate finance, FP&A, Consulting, Investment banking or other related fieldsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred; MBA a plusPrior experience leading teams in a dynamic, fast paced environmentProven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation development skills; ability to develop robust interactive excel models independentlyExcellent communications skills with the ability to deliver insights, recommendations, and results concisely and effectively to Executive Level managementAbility to work with ambiguity, removing obstacles and maintaining focus in complicated situations to deliver results for self and teamPromotes collaboration within team & cross-functionally and actively finds opportunities for improvementsExcellent analytical and quantitative skills, including high level of attention to detail and ability to drive & lead changeProven track record leading a team in prioritizing tasks and delivering results while handling multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environmentDrives developing key business strategies / priorities and clearly articulates the strategic vision with appropriate detail, building commitment to execute against it
