　　Job Title: Building Maintenance Dispatcher

　　Job Status: Year Round Part Time

　　Job Summary:Provide an effective and orderly dispatch operation for the Building ServicesDepartment (Mechanical Maintenance, Dispatch, Carpentry, andFacilities Maintenance). This is a full time position. Includes issuance ofwork orders to be performed, maintaining of maintenance records,inter-department and outside contractor billings, and subsequent recordkeeping for the department. Maintain effective communication with owners,other resort departments and outside agencies. Proficiency in MicrosoftWord, Excel, and Outlook required.

　　Basic Requirements:Must be able to speak and read English fluently.Must be able to lift 50 pounds.Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background checkwill be conducted after position is accepted. This background check will bedone in accordance with standards enacted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.Be able to sit at a desk most of the day.
