What you need to have: * Bachelor's Degree required. * 10+ years of reinsurance or insurance broking experience in Medical Professional Liability, Casualty, Financial, or Cyber lines with the ability to deal with moderately complex accounts. * Strong ability to: * Maintain compliance with professional standards, where applicable, as well as company-wide quality initiatives. * Handle significant workflow through efficient time management. * Challenge appropriately - supports case with facts and information. * Seek ways to streamline and improve current processes. * Assist in and play a role in client presentations. * Demonstrate commitment to clients and helps them address issues proactively. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
