Brokerage Operations Mgr
The Brokerage Operations Manager job is responsible for leading a multi-site team that provides operational support to TIAA Brokerage clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Lead team responsible for processing transactions for Brokerage clients.
Responsible for all aspects of performance management, coaching and mentoring.
Manage day-to-day activities to ensure client requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional performance, engagement, motivation and development of team.
Stay current on updates to the Pershing system and changes that impact the team.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to improve quality, efficiency, and the client experience.
Serve as subject matter expert on Brokerage Operations processes and participate in projects as needed.
Build sound relationships across the enterprise to enable business partner support and close alignment with business objectives and firm risk appetite.

Base Pay Range: $75,300/yr. - $106,300/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
