Reporting to the General Manager of CALA (Canada and Latin America), the Brazil Country Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that achieve aspirational growth objectives.
Reporting to the General Manager of CALA (Canada and Latin America), the Brazil Country Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that achieve aspirational growth objectives.Sales Strategy, Planning and Execution:
Lead, inspire, collaborate, and mobilize the organization towards achieving aspirational growth objectives.
Identify business opportunities and develop partnerships with key-customers and distributor-partners to accelerate growth.
Develop and implement strategic plans to win market-share and increase market expansion in Brazil.
Work with local team members, distributor partners, including marketing, professional education, contracts and senior management to develop and execute strategic growth priorities.
Identify and advance capital deals to increase the installed capital-base within the country.
Drive clinically-differentiating product training at key accounts.
Work directly with key clinicians to understand clinical needs, patient management direction, and effectiveness of products/outcomes.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Focus efforts and resources towards growing Integra’s focused portfolios.
Take proactive measures to address any deviations from sales targets.
Stay informed and ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices.
Business Development
Maintain a high level of clinical, market and product knowledge and drive synergies across Integra’s full portfolio of products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and other departments.
Ongoing evaluation of customers and market to determine current and future needs.
Identify emerging opportunities and maintain existing market awareness to predict revenue opportunities and set proactive sales strategies.
Foster a team culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operate within defined budgets and adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
A university undergraduate degree is required; business or science degree, preferred.
Minimum 10 years work experience within the Medical Device industry, within Sao Paulo, Brazil
A self-starter with a ‘hunter’ mentality to achieve results.
A proven ability to identify opportunities and map out a strategy to achieve success.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding of Brazil’s Medical Device market and business landscape.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment and adjust to changing priorities.
Excellent command of Microsoft Suite
Travel as required.
