We are looking for a talented Branding Coordinator to join our team specializing in Social Media Content/Marketing for our Corporate Headquarters in Indianapolis, IN/Home Office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Supporting marketing teams' on-going rhythm of business by planning, executing, supporting, and improving selected activities under limited supervision Planning and contributing to the execution of periodic and repetitive activities such as marketing events, price and product analyses, and communications (i.e., publications, newsletters, etc.). Updating and managing reports, trackers, and dashboards, identifying, and implementing improvements in the process. Owning resolution of selected operational inquiries rooted from stakeholders, channel partners or vendors on routine systems, processing, and tasks. Gathering, compiling, and drawing conclusions from information captured through primary and secondary research.Working internally to coordinate responses to others. To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. Education, Licenses, Certifications High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Preferred Experience : 1-2years of experience managing social media content strategy Experience working in a candidate (content) relationship manager. Experience in writing, storytelling, and developing content for various social media platforms and channels. Experience developing and activating recruitment marketing campaigns and content generation. Experience with a global organization preferred. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
