In 2022, The Muse acquired Fairygodboss, the largest online career community for women to find jobs, advice, and support. Our combined tools and content help jobseekers discover great companies and understand what it’s really like to work there through our original writing, photo, and video telling authentic company and employee stories, through live events for jobseekers and employers, and through tools for companies to reach the right people across our platforms. The product manager for branded products will own strategy and execution for how these tools help employers and jobseekers find the right match. You’ll report to the CPO, Sally.
You will:
-Build and strengthen the value story for branded products, defining their value, performance metrics, and benchmarks
-Identify and prioritize opportunities to make these products deliver better outcomes in reaching the right jobseekers and helping them become applicants
-Bring product improvements and new product ideas from concept through delivery to grow performance on the most important value measures, often through nimble iterative experimentation
-Partner closely with internal teams delivering these products and managing our clients to ensure our tools continuously evolve to achieve our clients’ goals
-Collaborate closely with other product team members to prioritize engineering work on branded products as part of our larger roadmap
-Track performance metrics across our branded products to identify trends and opportunities, and update sales and account management benchmarks and pitching materials in partnership with our marketing and revenue teams

You should:
-Be a commercially-minded product thinker who can incorporate the interests of both jobseekers and employers into product strategy
-Have a high-ownership mindset and an inclination to move quickly to pursue impact
-Be metrics-oriented and consistently prioritize the right opportunities based on potential scale and impactLead change collaboratively and strategically among cross-functional peers to get things done, incorporating insight and decision-making across revenue and delivery teams
-Have at least a few years of relevant experience managing and improving products that combine software and services, managing engineering-built changes alongside operational and services changes.
-Background in fulfillment/delivery of similar products, account management, marketing, or entrepreneurship is also valued.
-Be generative and have good judgment - drive ideas and projects forward independently and pull in the right people at the right time
Salary range: $110-125k annually
