Job Description
Intel's Brand Center of Excellence team, part of the global Brand Strategy and Identity group, is seeking a seasoned Brand Specialist to support the development and implementation of brand trainings, resources, and communications.
Intel's Brand Strategy and Identity team is comprised of brand experts across Product Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Brand Analysis, and Brand Center of Excellence teams that share the common goal of bringing to life one of the most important technology brands on the planet in ways that speak to our customers' needs and our goals for the future of the company. The Brand Strategy and Identity team is chartered with delivering a One Intel brand experience.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and Execute Global Brand Training Programs: design, implement, and manage training programs (both required and resource materials) to transfer brand knowledge at scale. Inclusive of both Intel's corporate brand, as well as all product brands across the portfolio.Create and Maintain Training Resources: develop and curate a centralized Brand Resource Center of interactive brand training content that has relevance for various teams.Facilitate Brand Workshops and Training Sessions: conduct engaging workshops and training sessions to foster a hands-on learning environment, enabling employees, agencies, and vendors to apply brand principles effectively in their respective roles.Partner with Brand Analysis to implement measurement and evaluation of brand resources: establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of brand training initiatives, gather feedback, and continuously refine programs to meet the evolving needs of the organization.Manage internal Brand Communications Channels: utilize a mix of internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, "Brand Council" etc.) to promote awareness of brand training resources and ensure the global workforce is informed of updates, brand best practices, and success stories related to brand.Drive Brand Advocacy: foster a culture of brand advocacy among employees by promoting a shared understanding of brand significance, encouraging enthusiasm for the brand, and showcasing examples of successful brand implementation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) across Product Brand Strategy and Brand Design to gather insights, updates and changes related to brand, incorporating this information into training materials.Partner with regional brand contacts to ensure seamless integration of global training initiatives with localized strategies, considering cultural nuances and market-specific requirements, as needed.Collaborate with other Intel teams (such as Global Communications, and Marketing, Creative and Media teams) to align brand training initiatives with broader organizational goals and strategies.
A strong candidate will demonstrate the following skills:
Deep understanding of brand, internal communications channels, and how to transfer brand knowledge and resources at scale.Ability to build and deliver strategic thinking for new and evolving resources and communications.Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to create compelling presentation decks.Proven ability to articulate creative strategy and visual identity systems.Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.Must be comfortable working with executive-level stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Exceptional project management skills to guide teams and agency partners through the brand projects.Proven track record of brand execution that aligns with strategic goals.Familiarity with various training delivery methods and technologies.Demonstrated experience and success in working with cross-functional stakeholders.Work equally well in teams and independently.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.7+ years of combined experience in:Brand management, training, or related roles with a global focus.Working for or with Fortune 100 brand(s).

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $105,797.00-$175,105.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
