  Our Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for driving new business, helping advertisers meet their performance goals, and building long term relationships with startups and brands in the comparison industry (retail (CSS), finance, insurance, utility & travel comparison) across the DACH region. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

  Responsibilities

  - Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok

  - Lead and grow client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions

  - Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market

  - Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships

  - Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions

  Qualifications

  - Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals

  - Proven knowledge and understanding of digital marketing - performance marketing is a plus

  - Experience in comparison industry

  - Excellent verbal and written German and English language skills

  - Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit

  - Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist

  - Excellent communication and presentation skills

  - Ability to win the support of senior stakeholders
