  We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Marketing Specialist II with a passion for movement, a curiosity for our consumers, and a desire to build a culture of creativity, innovation, and inspiration to reimagine the future of sports for kids.

  Our ideal candidate is curious and ready to take action. You should have a strong interest in consumer insights, cultural trends, and ground breaking marketing tactics. You will need to be reliable as well as a dedicated cross-functional teammate, who excels in organization and execution.

  What will you work on:

  As the North American Kids Brand Marketing Specialist II, you will join the Kids Brand Marketing team focusing on Lifestyle and Fitness. You are expected to have a deep appreciation for marketing best practices and to embrace a consumer-first mentality.

  In this role, you will be accountable for the planning, execution, and coordination of seasonal marketing initiatives. To be successful in delivering the best of Nike for our Consumers you are expected to be capable of ensuring cross-functional coordination with the rest of the marketing & business teams to successfully bring to life campaigns. This includes:

  Building execution plans for NA Kids in coordination with digital teams, the Men's and Women's brand teams, and various other functional partners like Sports Marketing, Catalyst Marketing, Product Merchandising, and Inventory Planning.Ensuring accountability of end-to-end management of marketing plans, management of channel and accounts run of shows, and execution plans. This includes independently handling timelines and deliverables from briefing through to execution, including continued optimization.Having a digital and data-driven attitude and supporting the continuous use of consumer insights to allow us to better serve our members & consumers to develop storytelling and experiences

  What will you work on:

  You will be part of a larger Lifestyle and Fitness team and collectively the focus is to drive consumer journeys across the Nike ecosystem that drive engagement & participation. You will support and lead key on-the-ground initiatives and activations during major sport and cultural moments.

  In addition to the Kids Brand team, cross-functional collaboration is essential involving other marketing and business functions such as the wider brand organization including, Global Kids Brand, NA Men's & Women's Brand teams, Integrated Media, Brand Planning, Digital Platform teams, Digital Business, Merchandising, and external agencies. You will report directly to the North America Kids Brand Marketing Lifestyle Director.

  What you bring to Nike:

  A successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate and articulate experience of the below crucial requirements to be considered:

  Embody Nike D&I values and Maxims (guiding principles), always!A minimum of 2 years experience in marketing, ideally with a strong focus on cross-functional marketing, with a good grasp of digital platforms, youth trends, and sports.Foster effective teamwork and support team decisions and promote team spirit.Curiosity towards our target Kids consumers and ability to drive innovative solutions that build brand relationships and encourage sport participationBe able to apply best practices and learn from the marketplace, consumer, and business to improve the plans.Digital and Data Approach to work closely with the team to implement the brand plan to drive member critical metrics, and brand and business growth
