As the Brand Manager of Rimmel, you will be responsible for leading the development and growth of the brand, while working with cross-functional teams and agencies to plan, execute, measure, and improve brand campaigns, creating best in class practices.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Over the next 12 months, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Develop, recommend, and implement local through-the-line strategies and marketing plans through category analysis and consumer insight to grow the Rimmel brand. Plan, forecast, implement and review campaign launches and promotional activity in line with global and local requirements Lead & steer the local implementation of innovation and projects from forecasting through to post launch analysis Brief, implement and measure media campaigns and PR strategy and events with internal and external agencies Management of marketing budget for total brand A&CP spend in line with targets Brief Trade Marketing on the implementation of launch plans and where necessary to achieve in-store launch effectiveness (specifically, POS requirements, GWP, print materials, activations)

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, having a degree is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a brand management, category management or similar level marketing role in FMCG or in the Beauty industry, will be highly regarded. High level interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively with sales and other functional teams. Excellent presentation and strong communication skills. Strong analytical, thinking and problem-solving skills. High level ability to set priorities and manage competing demands.
