Participation in annual and longer-term planning processes to align communication strategy with Brand Growth Strategies & Tasks Translate BGS objectives into communication strategy. Lead development of communications and messaging strategy including efficient channel mixTranslate the Brand Strategy into compelling agency briefs.Ensure and deliver that Brand Purpose is at the heart of all creative material & marketing mix activities. Manage creative development process management (long term Big Brand platforms and campaigns)/ensures ideas are developed into effective campaigns.Evaluate creative ideas and consult brand team and agency team on possible optimization to ensure BGS objectives delivery.Deep understanding of TCP process and quality consumer engagement via 360 communication.Lead Equity and TCP development ensuring communication mix elements are in synergy with brand equity.Partner with Marketing and TCP teams to develop TCP BriefsDefine KPIs and analysis of efficiency and quality of every campaign.Deep understanding of consumer activation details, costs of deployment, relevant market benchmarksDevelop and manage offline& online engagement strategies. Deep understanding and ability to activate online & online tools. Celebrity & Influencers management Deep understanding of existing consumer research instruments and efficient deployment on results into communication strategiesDevelop strategic working relationships with a broad array of agency partners. Ensure cost effective financing of MarCom projects.Partner with GP to provide BIC productivity and quality
Требования:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG sectorA proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies that deliver business results.Brand marketing ATL/Digital/Social Media/BTL experience Good analytical skills; high accuracy; ability to work with big amounts of data High passion for brand building and marketing, constant search for new techniques/ technologies to make work more efficient Good knowledge of advertising/design/cultural trends; A creative and innovative mindset, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.A high level of self-motivation, initiative, and leadership, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in English and Russian.
