About the Job:
This position will help drive the conceptualization and implementation of brand actions and stories that evolve the brand and step-change growth for the business. Responsible for helping deliver a brand innovation pipeline with creative swings that move culture forward and bring our food story more to the heart of our brand story, this person will help redefine what it means to Live Mas today.
The ideal candidate understands how ideas drive the business. They are strategic, creative, and analytical with the ability to dream big, bring a distinctive POV, execute effectively, and operate in a dynamic environment. This person can inspire teams, both creative and executional in nature, as we bring the brand to life across all channels and formats. This role is constantly measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of our efforts and reacting accordingly to continually improve our performance across the designated set of KPIs.
The Day-to-Day:
This role will be responsible for helping populate the calendar with meaningful moments for the brand, ultimately helping shape and bring a distinctive POV to both product and brand action development while executing the omnichannel marketing campaigns that support them. Partner with Product Marketing to design product comms briefs that are anchored in our brand ethos and breakthrough consumer insights, supported by clear and concise product benefits/RTBs. Lead cross-functional leadership alignment discussions to progress key workstreams and projects, including but not limited to program development briefs, creative development, and launch plan. Lead strategic alignment & project management across Food Innovation, Product & Operations for 2024 and beyond. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Public Relations, Digital, Social, Media to develop robust, multi-channel activation that effectively engages target consumers. Manage and inspire agency partners to develop compelling and engaging brand actions and consumer communications, from briefing to creative development and launch. Create and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of overall marketing activities on an ongoing basis. Is This You?
BA required; business degree preferred 8+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years’ experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and/or Strategic Planning roles (CPG or QSR preferred) 3+ Years in a management/leadership role Demonstrated ability to build and execute brand marketing strategies Demonstrated leadership, project management, and planning skills Experience leading and working with cross functional teams and agency partners to create multi-channel, breakthrough marketing campaigns Experience developing and tracking Marketing KPIs Ad agency experience is a plus Multi-channel retail industry and / or franchised business is a plus Competencies and characteristics needed:
