ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
In order to navigate Coty's Content transformation, new creative and production resources are being set up to deliver digital assets in higher volume. These Content Hubs will be dedicated in particular to producing and delivering additional ecom, eretail and social assets in parallel of 360° campaign assets produced by other creative partners brands are used to working with. In order to be close to local consumer insights, several hubs will be set up in different geographic locations, Paris, New-York & Shanghaï based on our key markets. Our partner agency has been selected to provide creative and production resources for the group.
The Global CDO Content Team is looking for a Paris Content Hub Senior Manager. Reporting to the Content Hub Director, this role is in charge of liaising between the Content Hub partner agency, the European key markets, Coty operational teams & Coty Brand teams in order to run the Content Hubs in in Europe.
THE ROLE
The Paris Content Hub Senior Manager is in charge of:
Coordinate briefs between brands and Content Hub team Organize and monitor the production of digital content in collaboration with Production Content Hubs team Monitor projects and ensure their smooth running Respect deadlines, budgets and objectives set. Follow the indicators to assess and improve the quality of the content produced Provide competitive intelligence, analyze market developments and consumer behavior related specifically to our Key Market. Manage all the logistical and administrative aspects (such as budgets and contracts follow-up) related to the execution of these projects Participate in the shoots alongside the creative team to support their requests and ensure the smooth running of the shoot taking into account all the requirements of the Brand Team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We'd love to see candidates who have around 10 year's experiences as Digital Content Manager or Brand Content Manager in leading beauty company/group or as Account Manager in agency:
Deep knowledge and understanding of e-commerce & social landscapes Knowledge of 360° initiatives including digital, social (incl. platforms such as Instagram and TikTok), influence, advocacy, E-commerce/E-retail and physical retail, dedicated to the European Market Rigorous, autonomous, organized, strong spirit of analysis and synthesis Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong sense of urgency to prioritize and orchestrate tasks Excellent interpersonal and communication skill sets, comfortable with different levels of management Proven track record of delivering strong results by working both independently and in collaboration with global teams as appropriate Business acumen and keen interest for the beauty and luxury industries You thrive in a dynamic, challenging and fast-paced work environment. Fluent in English, which is the working language
