Job Description
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a client in Flint, MI. This position will be responsible for performing functional behavior assessments and documenting them. You will obtain necessary consents, design and write Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs), quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments, and provide inservice behavior treatment plans. The Behavioral Analyst will conduct continual assessments for new residents, provide staff training in behavior strategies, positive interaction, structured routines, coping skills training, and redirection strategies. They will consult with the treatment team to problem-solve and make programmatic changes, attend various meetings including weekly program meetings, all staff meetings, lead meetings, preplanning meetings, core group meetings, person-centered planning meetings, and behavior management review committee meetings as needed. Additionally, they will consult with providers and the treatment team regarding clinical care policies and procedures, coordinate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to align medication with treatment plans, model and monitor program implementation, and provide progress reviews on a quarterly basis at minimum. The hours for this role are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Skills and Requirements
Must hold current BCBA certification and be licensed in the state of Michigan
3+ years of experience as a behavorial analyst
Proficiency in conducting and documenting functional behavior assessments
Experience in designing, writing, and implementing Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs), quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments Experience working in adult care null
