Billing Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Billing Operations Leader with strong expertise in billing technology to lead and manage our billing operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes, along with hands-on experience using billing technology to optimize operational efficiency and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide the billing operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members on billing system functionality. Billing Process Optimization:
Analyze existing billing workflows, identifying opportunities for process streamlining, automation, and enhancement. Implement best practices to ensure accurate and timely billing, reducing errors and discrepancies. Customer Interaction: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, to address customer inquiries, disputes, and billing-related issues effectively. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure billing processes align with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards. Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and billing integrity. System Integration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate billing applications with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency. Billing Application Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of billing technology to design, implement, and manage efficient billing processes. Collaborate with IT teams to configure and customize billing functionalities to meet business requirements.
Technical skills, experience and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 10+ years of experience in billing operations. Proficiency in configuring and customizing billing functionalities. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for decision-making. Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and fostering professional growth. Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering accurate results. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward process improvement. Familiarity with financial processes, revenue recognition, and compliance standards. Willingness for travel to Bahamas, Cayman and British Virgin Islands as necessary.#LI-AM1 #ITG
