We are looking for Billing Associate to support our Billing team
Responsibilities
Billing - Monitor and ensure that the monthly billing is complete and accurate.Analyze and perform billing adjustments timely and accurately to customer accounts making sure that the proper levels of authorization and documentation are in placeProcess manual invoices/credit memos and order quotes as requested•Review Invoices and conducts variance analysis, with sign off requiredCoordinate monthly invoice run to ensure accurate and timely customer billingsManage the Customers' Cases in SFDC (ECM) timely and accurate manner to meet all internal SLAs.Assist in month end close related tasks.Assist in Audits & SOX controlsWorks closely with cross-functional organizations to respond to customer inquiries and resolve potential customer billing issuesResolve and track billing issues as they arise working with the upstream teams to fix root cause problems (e.g. SLA credits, install date discrepancies)Acts as First Line Support for approval requests and deal inquiriesProject Management - Participate on UATs, projects and ad hoc assignments as neededImplement and document processes and procedures required by SOXProvide input into the on-going development and support of billing systems, processes, and policies System Operational SupportDrives delivery of continuous process improvement initiatives and implement best practices to achieve operational efficienciesAssist in the training and coaching
Qualifications
1+ years in a Finance role preferredBachelor's degree required
