Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Member Services Representative in Miami, Florida. The successful candidate will join our team and play a crucial role in the telecom industry, managing customer credit applications and records.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome members and visitors in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service to credit union members.
• Understand and apply policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements relating to anti-money laundering, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Customer Identification Program, and OFAC.
• Alert management to any suspicious activity regarding transactions including forgery, theft, fraud, kiting, and members who appear to be avoiding a CTR (cash transaction reporting).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of robbery procedures.
• Answer telephone, disseminate information or resolve questions, and route calls to appropriate individual.
• Open new accounts for new and existing members. Provide members with all necessary information for membership.
• Assist members with account changes and new services.
• Assist members with proper completion of payroll deduction forms.
• Process stop payment requests, incoming/outgoing wires, and check orders and re-orders.
• Use CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Management System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, About Time, Accounting Functions, Benefit Functions, Claim Administration, Complaint Handling to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Experience with Management Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Skills in Complaint Handling
