Bilingual Senior Business Development Associate

　　Provides sales support working with internal, hybrid and external sales executives covering clients in Quebec and Ontario. Engages in sales related activities in close partnership with sales executives.

　　Core Responsibilities:Coordinates sales meetings, events, and other logistics for sales related activities. Gathers metrics for data analysis.Assists sales crew in populating and auditing client and prospect databases.Responds to routine or lower complexity inquiries from potential and current clients.Supports sales executives with a variety of administrative and client follow up requests to enable sales executives to maximize external client and prospect engagement.Research solutions to client needs and analyzes performance data and market data.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

　　Must be bilingual (French / English), both written and oral.One-year related work experience preferred.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems would be nice to have.Completion of the Canadian Securities Course would be nice to have.Mutual fund and/or ETF industry experience would be nice to have.Knowledge of the advisor advice channel would be nice to have.How We Work
