Job Description
A federal client is seeking a Bilingual Program Director to lead and manage a residential shelter for unaccompanied minors seeking reunification and resettling into the US. The Bilingual Program Director will manage all departments of the shelter, maintain compliance with ORR policies and procedures, serve as the primary escalation point, and report to the COO.
Skills and Requirements
Master's degree in social work or an equivalent degree in Sociology, Education, Psychology or other related behavioral science degree OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience working in child welfare.
Bilingual reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
Must have a valid drivers license and personal car.
Comfortable being on call
Comfortable working non-traditional hours to meet program needs (working evenings, weekends, and holidays) ORR experience
Project or program management experience supporting a licensed child welfare program. null
