Devereux will provide extremely high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally-competent residential and educational services for children, with intense supports for their social and emotional health. Each child’s care is individualized to their needs, with a team of professionals providing consistent support through individual assessment and counseling, group counseling, medical and mental health services, behavior management, education and vocational services, and safety planning.
Devereux’s ultimate goal is to ensure every child receives best-in-class services designed specifically to address the traumas they have sustained during, and often before, their migration journey as well as to help them connect either to shelter or foster care, or to their sponsor.
The Bilingual Program Coordinator is part of multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for the execution of individual’s treatment objectives and goals as assigned by the clinical team.
Supervisory responsibility for all Direct Care staff at their assigned unit during their shift. Expected to provide some weekend coverage on a consistent basis.
Maintain a team approach in carrying out treatment services, including the planning and development of conflict management initiatives.
Provide oversight of program activities and unit structure and be proficient role models and supervise behavioral interventions.
Oversight of staff scheduling, new staff training, review of state regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of related experience working with children or adolescents.
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience or in leadership role preferred.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Additionally:
Fully immunized/vaccinated (or have a medical/religious exemption) for Varicella, MMR, TdAp, Influenza prior to starting.
Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check
Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
Ability to attend full time, paid, New Hire Orientation Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
