Overview
This position provides administrative and customer service support to the International Banking group. Services foreign and domestic accounts, addresses inquiries and concerns, and performs other servicing activities to facilitate daily banking for customers. Secures all necessary documentation and information to opens new customer accounts. Facilitates lending and sales production efforts by making appropriate referrals and assisting with sales administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Client Service - Performs a range of daily servicing and administrative tasks to address customer inquiries and concerns, including the opening and maintenance of customer accounts.Sales Support - Identifies sales opportunities by consulting with customers on their business and banking needs. Makes appropriate referrals to banking partners who can recommend Bank products and services as a solution. Assists with a variety of administrative duties such as preparing sales materials, scheduling appointments, and assisting with sales calls.Documentation - Conducts background check requests, clears documentation exceptions for new accounts, and secures any other documentation necessary to daily activities. Maintains account data and records within the department system.Relationship Development - Offers personalized banking services to build rapport with customers. Leverages customer engagement and a strong business network to develop long-term banking relationships.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in International banking client in financial services OR High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in International banking client in financial servicesSkill(s): Bilingual (Spanish and Portuguese)
