Manage the inbound and outbound call activity of dealers, associate dealers, and retail accounts
Work with Replacement Sales Accounts from point of order entry, product substitutions, timely shipments and a high fill rate
Work with logistics, traffic, warehousing, credit, field sales, operations, sales, billing, systems, and marketing to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
Maintain various EDI related programs to ensure accurate electronic order entry and invoicing
BASIC:
Bachelor’s Degree
Bilingual - English and French
Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
Intermediate experience with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
At times, some overtime and overnight travel is required
Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening

PREFERRED:
1 - 3 years of previous Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
Degree in Business Administration
SAP experience
