Kelly's customer has been providing quality automotive financing services to dealers and customers since 1962. We are looking for Bilingual (French/English) candidates who are interested in participating in the developmental foundation to becoming a Dealer Service Analyst (DSA) through work assignments in Account Maintenance and Funding.

NOTE: Although this is a remote Bilingual (French/English) Dealer Services Analyst position - there is a requirement to attend the training in person, located in Oakville, Ontario (minimum of 5 weeks). In order to be eligible for this position you must reside in the GTA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand and practice business unit financing plans, programs, and procedures.
Support internal and external sales as required to complement Business Centre activities.
Support a culture which ensures a sales mindset is maintained in the Business Centre.
Perform daily responsibilities to ensure high levels of dealer and customer satisfaction. Support Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) initiatives.
Demonstrate qualities reflective of the Company's value proposition to its customers and dealers.
Support diversity initiatives by understanding, respecting, and valuing the differences that define employees as unique individuals.
Loan adjudication related tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
Analyze and decision consumer and commercial credit applications within applicable credit approval limits.
Adhere to purchase approval limits and investigation guidelines at all times.
Contact dealers to review discrepant contracts for corrective action.
Participate actively in department calibration sessions.
Maintain a consistent purchase policy based on customer qualifications and past liquidation experience.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with dealership personnel.
Oversee credit investigations and perform investigations as required; provide training and feedback to Investigators as needed.
Learn and support other Company functions when and where necessary – examples may include Account Maintenance, Collections, and Loss Prevention.

REQUIREMENTS:
University Degree is preferred.
Bilingual (French/English) required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Financial analysis experience; risk management, collections, and/or credit decisioning; and basic understanding of credit.
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a high-paced, performance-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks.
Proficient PC skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including Monday to Friday evenings (up to 10:00 pm EST), some holidays, and some Saturdays (up to 8:00 pm EST).
The DSA position is fast-paced, and credit application volumes can significantly fluctuate day to day. The ability to quickly turnaround credit decisions is an important component of the DSA position with most credit evaluations completed within 4-5 minutes. DSAs typically evaluate 50-60 credit applications and handle 25-30 phone calls from varying dealership employees per day. Decisiveness and the ability to quickly decipher information are key required skills.
