About BI Program Manager, FBA Inbound Program , FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon Program) Inbound

  Description

  We are looking for someone to support the growth of Inbound Logistic - a program designed to enable FBA and improve SX regarding inbound journey to our Fullfilment Center. Our responsibilities are key to FBA growth in Brazil so 2024 will be a year with lots of challenges during our Program expansion.

  Are you someone comfortable digging into business and technical requirements, as drilling into metrics development and reporting? Are you able to design processes and monitor their execution, helping address unforeseen situations and adapting the processes?

  Then this is the position for you!

  We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to own and orchestrate operational and supporting initiatives related to programs in Brazil. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, great communication and writing skills. You will need to be comfortable to work with multiple sources of information and business areas.

  You will be responsible to assure the delivery of a formidable seller experience by developing, implementing, and managing operational and support initiatives. The Technical Account Manager must be able to balance Amazon's objectives with the needs of sellers. In order to accomplish this, you will need to navigate across different business areas to solve seller issues, anticipate the need of thoughtful new solutions, and develop and optimize support tools for sellers.

  You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by the ambiguity or competing priorities to scale in a new geography. This means you are able to roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

  Job functions include:

  Key job responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and drive process improvement.

  • Contribute on projects for process improvement for Inbound FBA: Interact with multiple stakeholders, collect requirements, design solutions, set ETAs and validate deliverables.

  • Build scalable reporting solutions and self-serve tools that provide data/KPIs to inform business decision making.

  • Review/test feature updates related to the program, working with product and business teams.

  • Leverage seller data to drive process improvement for Seller Experience.

  • Identify new needs of sellers related to the program and create short-term solutions to those issues.

  We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

  Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

  Basic Qualifications

  Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes

  Ability to proactively solve issues and develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions

  Knowledge of SQL

  Verbal and written communication skills are essential: clear, organized, concise with an ability to adapt to the appropriate audience in a setting

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience with Project Management

  Experience with e-commerce, Retail, Marketplace.
