As a Benefits Project Manager and Delivery Consultant , you'll be part of the Engagement Services practice where our objective is to relentlessly pursue solutions for our customers that simplify and enhance work and life through our unique blend of service, technology, and data. We create personalized and data-driven digital and interactive media solutions that enable better decisions through decision-support products. Facilitating understanding of benefits.
You will lead the development of digital and personalized solutions that educate, drive engagement, and provide clear decision support.
Responsibilities Include:
Consult with clients on Alight's digital, decision support, and video-based delivery solutions which facilitate employee understanding and engagement of clients' employee benefits.Demonstrates knowledge of employee benefits and HR programs, decision support solutions, data-driven and personalized solutions, and digital/user experiencesCreates and manages project schedules, and tracks milestones, risks, and deliverables.Develops meeting materials, creates agendas, defines requirements, and leads project meetings internally and with clients.Creates requirements for configuration, internal testing, and client testing.Works with graphic designers, content writers, client leads and programmers/developers to ensure requirements and deliverables meet expectations.Confidently presents creative solutions based on client goals and objectives; demonstrates strong presentation and consulting skills in client-facing situations.Assists the sales process for new and ongoing projects by defining, confirming, and documenting project scope and the project schedule.Applies financial acumen by using the appropriate financial tools to manage scope.Leads user acceptance testing of deliverables before, alongside and after client testing.

Education and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceEmployee Benefits or Pension Administration and/or Communication Consulting experienceStrong understanding of and experience with Employee Benefits (primarily Health & Welfare, secondarily 401(k) and/or Pension benefits)Solid knowledge of Project Management processes and tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Jira, SmartsheetKnowledge of PMI Project Management processes5+ years of project management and consulting work experience7+ years of professional work experienceFlexible WorkingCEBS and/or PMP is a plus; but not required.

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $69,700.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $125,000.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
