Responsibilities:
•Manage competitive analysis of employee benefit plans, programs and arrangements through periodic benchmarking and participation in market surveys.
•Ensure that benefits practices and programs are market competitive and attract, retain, and motivate employees.
•Benefits Review, design, align, implement and communicate benefits programs and activities through robust analysis of market data and workforce demographics trends.
•Liase with current broker and benefit vendors on a scheduled basis to review utilization, trend, and options for additional programming or promotions offered.
•Monitor utilization of benefits. Work on benefits harmonization across the division.
•Perform Analytics to provide insights to business and leadership teams that assist in decision making.
•Develop strategies and build communications to enhance employees understanding of the total rewards package.
•Responsible for Orientation/ in - depth employee understanding our benefits suite.
•Responsible for the Benefits & the wellness calendar
•Collaborate with Communication team to manage the APAC benefits share point site.
•Research tier 2/3 employee benefit issues. Identify vendor issues, gaps in coverage and propose solutions (escalations from shared services)
•Primary focus would be India, however, will be assisting with all APAC countries where UKG has presence.
Job Requirements: -
•Strong communication skills Proficient in oral and written English communication.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Experience to manage change within a dynamic, fast paced environment.
•Flexible based to align to global time zones as and when required.
•Demonstrated partnership in working Cross functionally.
•Vendor Management skills are desirable.
•Ability to learn quickly and think independently would be a plus.
Qualifications
•Bachelor with 5+ years of experience in Benefits / Total Rewards
•Post Graduate degree with 3+ years of experience in Benefits / Total Rewards
