About the Team:
The HR operations team, endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local HROP for LATAM countries benefits operations, including but not limited to: building benefits operations process, daily administration, benefits renewal, vendor management, benefits compliance, billing and reconciliations;
- Support US benefits daily administrations, including but not limited to: benefits enrollment/termination/QLE approval, monitoring benefits email alias to answer employee questions, processing tier 2 Oncall tickets in the pacific time zone, and LOA administration;
- Manage various benefits vendors, including new vendor implementation, weekly and monthly billing management, monitor vendor usage and continually evaluate vendor performance based on SLA;
- Identify opportunities for automation from current workflow, and work with the internal HRIS team and external vendors to release human hours from manual work and improve data accuracy;
- Conduct the periodical audits to ensure the data integrity across platforms (HRIS, Benefits Admin system, and other vendor platforms);
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Aids to provide instructions for the current benefits operations related tasks;
- Other benefits-related projects and responsibilities as applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and advantageous to have with 4+ years of Benefits Operations related experience, especially in LATAM region;
- Experience in Workday, ADP, Bswift, or other benefits administration system is highly preferred;
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, multi-tasking, and meet deadlines;
- Proficient in work language as English or Spanish will be a plus;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal and customer facing skills.
