This will include maintaining existing business, generating leads, creating new business, increasing customer orders, and developing customer relationships. As a representative of Belgard, you will increase company revenue by growing sales of products in Western Washington / Seattle.
Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenueResponsible for identifying and prospecting for new customersWork closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategiesAnalyze market trends and develop action plan to capitalize on shifts in marketPrepare sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetingsCompile dealer's sales data, interpret buying cycles, share results with production to efficiently plan weekly and monthly production plansQuote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtainedUtilize CRM by tracking sales calls and planning scheduleRequirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, training and educationFive years related experience managing a multi-million dollar territoryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh sense of urgency with entrepreneurial qualitiesValid driver's licensePreferences
Experience within the building materials industryAbility to navigate through a Customer Relationship Management platformProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power PointCompensation
